RECOMMENDED USAGE

When can it be consumed?

Early Morning, Between Meals, Pre / Intra / Post Workout, At Bedtime

How to consume:

- Add 200-250ml of water to a shaker

- Add 2 level scoops of powder (8 g approx.)

- Shake well until it is completely mixed

- Consume immediately

Consume 1-2 servings per day or as advised by the dietician.

TIP: Pour the liquid first and then add the powder to reduce the formation of lumps. You can adjust the intensity of flavour by slightly varying the amount of liquid to prepare it.
